1. Chilli and lime
- ½ tsp chilli powder
- ½ tsp chilli flakes
- Fresh coriander leaves, small sprig, finely chopped
- ½ lime, juice, and zest
- Pinch of sea salt
- Pinch of black pepper
2. Sesame Blend
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- Pinch of sea salt

3. Ginger, Cumin and Tomatoes
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Pinch of salt
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- ¼ red onion, sliced

4. Mediterranean
- 1 tsp chopped black olives,

- 1 tsp Thai curry paste
- ½ inch lemongrass, finely chopped

- Zest of half a lemon
- Fresh parsley leaves

8. Mild Curry
- ½ tsp curry powder

- ½ tsp ground cumin
